Union AI Shines at CIIF 2025 | Empowering the New Era of Industrial Intelligence with End-to-End AI × Robotics Solutions
In September 2025, the 25th China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2025) was grandly held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). From September 23 to 27,
UnionAI presented cutting-edge technologies in booth 7.1H-B018 through a dual-mode approach of "static exhibits + dynamic interaction," unlocking infinite possibilities of the integration of AI and robotics. Through exhibits and scenarios, UnionAI delivered its core proposition: relying on end-to-end independent capabilities from "core components - robot systems - scenario applications," it provides small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises with a "low-cost, implementable" path for intelligent upgrading, solving pain points in industrial transformation.

PART.01 Tangible Technology in Interactive Zones
01 Remote-controlled Robotic Arm Experience: The "Revolution in Joint Technology" Behind Force Feedback
The site has built a "master arm - slave arm" linkage system. You only need to hold the remote master arm controller and gently move the joystick. The slave arm on the other side of the booth will follow in real time through force feedback technology, stably completing actions such as grasping, placing, and stacking. Whether it is grabbing a light foam block or positioning metal parts with high precision requirements, the slave arm can accurately replicate your operations, allowing you to instantly become a "robot commander" and personally experience the futuristic sense of "remote control."

02 Mobile Base + Robotic Arm Collaboration Demonstration: A "Flexible Adaptation Solution" for Logistics Scenarios
An intelligent mobile base equipped with a multi-degree-of-freedom robotic arm will simulate logistics scenarios within the exhibition area—automatically planning paths, accurately stopping between two shelves, after which the robotic arm automatically adjusts angles, grabs items from the shelves, and places them in designated positions. You can also manually control the movement direction of the base or the robotic arm through the on-site console, immersively feeling the efficiency and flexibility of "mobile operations" and intuitively understanding how "AI + Robotics" reshapes logistics efficiency.
This demonstration scenario is a typical implementation of UnionAI's "scenario-based solutions": building standardized robot systems based on independent core components—joint modules, drive motors, and controllers—and then adapting parameters and expanding functions according to the needs of different scenarios such as logistics and manufacturing. This helps enterprises achieve automated upgrades quickly without reconstructing existing production lines, significantly reducing transformation costs and cycles.
PART.02 The "Technical Foundation" of Static Exhibits
From component to energy system, fully independent layout throughout the chain.
If the interactive zone is a "window for technology application," the static exhibition area is a concentrated presentation of UnionAI's "full-stack technical strength," echoing the technical deepening path of "opto-electro-control integration." Three core exhibits highlight the depth of independence and industry adaptability.
01 Robot Brain Domain Controller: As the "intelligent central hub" of robots, it integrates a deep learning inference engine and a multi-sensor data fusion module. Combining new-generation high-performance chips, multi-sensor data fusion algorithms, and real-time decision-making systems, it can simultaneously connect visual, force control, motion, and other multidimensional modules and supports secondary development to meet personalized functional needs. It allows robots to quickly perceive environments and plan paths in complex industrial scenarios, just like installing a "smart brain" on machines.

02 Cycloidal and Harmonic Series Joint Modules: As the core of the robot's "dexterous arms," this series of modules adopts an end-to-end self-researched technology, integrating high-precision motors with advanced drive algorithms. Compact in size and lightweight, they can stably handle both fine operations in industrial assembly and flexible joint movements of humanoid robots, perfectly balancing "power" and "precision."
03 Wireless Charging Module: Focusing on "green smart energy" needs, it adopts efficient energy transmission technology to power robots and smart devices without physical contact. It solves wiring problems of traditional charging and realizes "charge whenever stop," greatly improving device endurance and providing stable energy support for continuous operations.

PART.03 From "Implementable System Solutions" to the "Blueprint of Fully Intelligent Smart Parks"
Different from the single "exhibit display" model of traditional exhibitions, the UnionAI booth is full of people. The core demand of most manufacturing enterprises is not a single robotic arm or controller but a complete set of solutions that can directly connect to existing production lines and solve actual production pain points—this highly aligns with UnionAI's end-to-end strategy from "core components → robot systems → scenario applications."

At this CIIF, based on its end-to-end technical capabilities of "AI + Robotics," UnionAI systematically proposed the construction blueprint of a "Fully Intelligent Smart Logistics Industrial Park" for the first time. Using AI to reconstruct the logistics industrial ecosystem worth trillions of dollars—from 2 billion cameras, 10 million factories, 200 thousand warehouses, 150 million vehicles, to 1 billion humanoid robots in the future—UnionAI is taking practical actions to build an intelligent world of interconnection of everything.
The Fully Intelligent Smart Logistics Industrial Park takes AI as its core central hub, connecting all scenarios of "vehicle collaboration - automatic sorting - intelligent transportation -全域 monitoring - flexible warehousing," reconstructing the production and operation logic of the trillion-dollar-scale logistics industry, realizing the leap from "traditional parks" to "digital twin-driven intelligent ecological entities."
