Job Responsibilities

2、Execute tests, record issues, and track them through to closure.

3、Participate in the development of laboratory infrastructure and testing capabilities.

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

2、Familiar with the operation of test instruments such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers.

3、Knowledge of relevant standards for safety compliance, EMC, and environmental testing is preferred.

4、Clear communication, strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Job Responsibilities

1、Responsible for the electromagnetic design and optimization of BLDC motors, frameless torque motors, and axial flux motors.

2、Use Maxwell, JMAG, Motor-CAD, and other tools to perform electromagnetic simulation, parameter calculation, and performance optimization.

3、Complete motor loss calculations and provide heat source data to support thermal design.

4、Participate in prototype testing, data benchmarking, and design iteration.

5、Work with the control team to provide motor parameters and jointly optimize system performance.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Motor Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or related fields.

2、Solid understanding of electric machines and electromagnetic field fundamentals, with knowledge of the electromagnetic design process.

3、Proficient in at least one electromagnetic simulation software and capable of basic modeling and simulation.

4、Familiar with the properties of silicon steel and permanent magnetic materials, with knowledge of motor losses and temperature rise.

5、Rigorous and detail-oriented, with clear logical thinking, good communication and teamwork skills, and strong learning ability.
