Job Responsibilities
1、Participate in quality planning and, based on product characteristics, plan the quality assurance system for the production process, establish quality KPI targets, ensure shipment quality, and improve customer satisfaction.
2、Handle production line quality issues, collect and analyze quality data, identify potential quality risks, organize root cause analysis, develop corrective and preventive actions, and follow through until full closure is achieved.
3、Drive continuous product quality improvement and increase first-pass yield; work with technical teams to develop improvement plans and track implementation. Follow up on after-sales and customer quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure issue closure.
4、Lead the handling, root cause analysis, and resolution of market quality issues related to production, and track and verify improvement results through to closure.
5、Organize process audits, support on-site customer audits, and drive corrective actions for audit findings until closure.
6、Support the development of quality platforms and systems, optimize internal quality processes, and establish related processes and rules with relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering or science-related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in quality management. Experience in production quality and new project quality is preferred; experience with industrial control products or robotics products is a plus.
2、Familiar with quality management systems and able to organize and respond to second-party and third-party audits.
3、Proficient in applying a variety of quality tools for problem analysis and improvement, especially 8D, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, the 7 QC Tools, and SPC.
4、Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently lead cross-functional work.
